a week with grandparents!

This week my mom and james came to visit. elle LOVES her nonnie (pronounced naw-nie) and pop!

We went to the Walter Wick exhibit at the BYU Museum of Art. He has done some amazing things!

elle realized that if someone was in the bathroom she could get their attention by shoving her fingers underneath the door.

we went on a hike (walk) to Bridal Veil Falls, the sign said it was still closed until the end of March, but we went ahead and took our chances. there was only one icy patch, but we made it through.
the falls

james, elle and mom

james let elle touch the FREEZING water! and of course she loved it. she needs to touch everything.

we tried to get cute pictures of elle sitting on rocks and tree stumps, but she doesn't exactly like to smile for the camera

case in point.

and this is the sign that said NOT to walk to the falls...

I love this picture from Park City! James is grinning and watching elle, and of course elle is giving a scowl at the camera...completely normal.

trying to get a family picture by the random bear

elle loved watching people ski down, but she really love mathew letting her play with the snow.

Olympic Park
no words can describe this special picture

mom (nonnie) got elle the most adorable little monkey house shoes, since she is our little monkey...they were prefect!
and again...no smile. but look at the PIG TAILS! I know, I know, it is only in the mullet region, but isn't it adorable?
